Sri Balaji University, Pune strives for the holistic development of its student managers. Thus adequate attention and opportunities to excel beyond the classroom are provided. Student managers may participate, perform, and assist in the arrangement of various competitions, festivals, and cultural events at the University.

Aiyaswamy Culturals
Some celebrations create lifetime memories. At Sri Balaji University, Pune the Aiyaswamy Cultural Competition is held every year at the end of the induction period. This grand event was initially known as Fresher’s Party; in the year 2015 the event was renamed as Aiyaswamy Cultural Competition. This hi-voltage event has become a craze amongst the students. The 2-day-long celebration not only gives a short break from hectic classes but, the winner takes home a bumper prize money of INR 1,50,000/- and a trip to Goa.

Drishti
Drishti as it literally means vision, it is a pan-university annual event that involves all four institutes of Sri Balaji University, Pune. This thrilling event is an opportunity for the budding entrepreneurs to showcase their innovation and business ideas in a business quiz or start-up idea presentation. Students can participate in various activities like fashion shows, costume designing, drama, musical concerts, traditional and modern dance performances, also sports activities organized on the college ground and indoor sports arena. Drishti is an opportunity for all students, juniors-seniors faculty and staff members to showcase their talent and win a cash prize of INR 1, 50,000 along with the prestigious Rathininathammal Trophy.
Fresher’s party
At Sri Balaji Unversity, Pune, new admissions are welcomed with a grand Fresher’s Party. It is an institute-specific event and various sections of the MBA Batch compete with each other by participating in various stage performances and sports activities. The winner gets the bumper cash price of INR 1, 50,000 and a trip to Goa.
Apart from these main events, parties and get-togethers are frequently arranged in the University. To celebrate the mini-India spirit of the University, all Indian festivals are celebrated with great fervour.
