As a trainer and Coach, she was instrumental in training the task force and decision makers from different industries as manufacturing, banking, insurance, mutual fund and corporate finance, also conducted “Management Development Programmes” for SIDBI, John Deere, Bajaj Finserv, GPL, L&T, Yasaki India and many more.Her contribution as a researcher was in the form of research papers in the finance domain with special achievements such as a book chapter in Insurance management, paper presentation at IIM Ahmedabad and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign USA, among many. She has written many papers in Scopus & ABDC journals.
