Induction Program
At Sri Balaji University, Pune we believe in laying a strong foundation for the management career that lies ahead of the student manager. We start working on this foundation right from Day 1 when the student enters the Campus. The 45 days long induction period comprises the bridge-cum-skill up-gradation training conducted by the Grand Master Consultancy. The training aims to bring students, from different educational streams, at par with one another and bridge the gap between the commerce and non-commerce students. The program comprises classroom-based training augmented by workshops, and guest lectures where the student managers get an opportunity to interact with eminent personalities from various walks of life.
The induction program is not only an academically rigorous exercise but also physically demanding. Student managers start their day at 8:00 am and are engaged in various activities until around 8:00 pm. This builds a habit of putting in extra hours which is a demand of the corporates thereby making the transition from campus to corporate a smooth one.

Classroom Based Training
This is an important part of the MBA program where theoretical knowledge, which forms the basis of the management education, is imparted to the budding managers. While assignments, and periodic impart and tests assess learning to the student managers, case analysis and presentations simulate real life corporate situations in the classroom to give the aspiring managers a taste of life ahead.
Core Faculty
Faculty has a very significant role in the development of our students. Coming with rich experience in the industry, our gurus play a significant role in bridging the gap between the institute and the industry. Over the years the faculty has also contributed to research and published and presented papers in both National and International conferences.
BIIB CPS
BIIB CPS is the sole representative of the Balaji Institute of International Business globally and the liaison between the corporate exposure program and the student managers. Our goal is to provide our students with the opportunity to work on real-world projects with companies from various industries during the summer months of May and June.
With the help of the professors in charge and the student managers, the BIIB CPS team of ten to fifteen people works together over the summer months of May and June to deliver projects to the student managers.
In the presence of Dy. Director Dr. Rashmi Mahajan, CPS Faculty in change Prof. Meenakshi Singh, the Honorary Head of Department Subhra Anand, Sachin Chavan, and the other first-year student managers Vidhi Mehta, Tushar Kapgate, Renuka Mahajan, Samiran Deshmukh, Paramveer Singh, and Tapan Kumar Ganju.
In this year's project selection process, the CPS team continued to adapt to the changing world of globalization and artificial intelligence by bringing in logistics and operation-related companies for the international business specialization. Students from finance and marketing backgrounds also had a shot at winning the summer project title at SBUP in BIIB, where they could gain experience and learn by doing.
Being a member of the CPS team gives our student manager a leg up in comparison to other students since they get to experience in both the corporate and academic worlds. This gives them valuable life skills, like networking, in addition to the theoretical knowledge they need.
